I contracted with Acres in late May, 2010 to (1) have my paver block patio cleaned and refinished with the new polymeric sand; (2) to have my granite path refreshed; and (3) to have a bad mulched area then full of weeds sprayed, existing creeping Junipers removed and thoroughly cleaned up with new mulch installed. I additionally added the re-mulching of a back yard island and some other miscellaneous spots.
Due to all the rain we had, the work did not begin until mid-July but when all eventually accomplished, I was pleased beyond all my expectations. There were a few minor things I needed remediated, but
thanks to Chris, that also was done to standards that we frequently no longer see in this time of usual poor customer service. Chris gave me outstanding customer service.
I would truly like to thank Chris for being such a phenomenal landscape design consultant!! When she first came out to address my needs and concerns she immediately knew what needed to be done. She
answered my questions; she immediately set me on the correct course of action; she sent me a detailed bid within days of our meeting. Chris has great knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs and it delighted me to
hear this. Our conversation was relaxed, to the point and showed her fantastic expertise. I would also like to thoroughly thank Chris for her ever so timely response to my phone calls (always within hours)
and her timely follow-through in correcting anything that had gone awry or that I was concerned with. I find this to be just so beyond customer expectations. She is truly such a wonderful woman to work
with. Because of Chris, I will be coming back to Acres for my future landscaping needs. Chris-you did an absolutely marvelous job for me and I so sincerely thank you personally.
Acres Group---Christine Soukup is an employee that you cannot do without. She does one terrific job and I am so very pleased to have met her.

It really is remarkable the transformation that Acres made at Brook Run. Thank you so much from all us here at Brook Run the residents really have enjoyed all the amenities and the gorgeous landscaping. Sherm, Hope you are doing well. Just thought I would drop you a line. If you recall I had you call my co-worker for some yard work that needed to be done. I was just talking to him about that. So far your team has cleaned up his yard and today they are doing some landscaping. I guess there are a few more phases that he will be doing during the rest of the summer. He can't be happier with your team, according to him his yard has never looked better in fact he says it is the best it ever has, and they haven't even finished with the landscaping. I guess his wife is very pleased with the new garden area she is having installed. He spent a good deal of time expressing his satisfaction with the project and is looking forward to the rest. Hi Chris, First of all, thank you! Thank you! Our son's wedding was this past Saturday and now Scott and I can take a breath. When we first saw the finished stairs, I couldn't believe that was our yard. Beautiful, Incredible!!! We have received so many compliments from our friends, family, and neighbors. How beautiful to see our son and new daughter-in-law come down the stairs to be introduced to their family and friends. Your design and help with our choice of stone couldn't have been better. Also, the gentlemen that came out to work on the project with you were hardworking and congenial and did a great job. We still can’t believe that the whole project was completed in 2-1/2 hours! For 5 years I have used Acres for everything, NOT ONE TIME EVER did I ever entertain going with anyone else. Chris has been a joy to work with not only as a professional but as a friend as well. Her fresh approach to landscape brims from the heart. She is passionate about plants and so am I. She always brings ideas that I want, it is never what "she wants" I have been very impressed with her to say the least.
