To our wonderful customer friends,

As winter rapidly approaches, the Acres team is fully engaged in winter snow service preparation.

To best prepare for each and every property – (crew/operator site visits, specification review, special needs, equipment allocation) – our target date for signed snowplowing contracts is Friday October 5^th.

Having the contracts by this date provides us with 4 to 6 weeks to the start of most contracts. Along with the production operation preparation, this lead time also allows for us to meet with you, Board of Directors, homeowners, etc to talk about the service, answer questions, and discuss expectations for the season.

I will also be preparing this season’s email list for anyone that would like for me to send the snow email action plans for each storm.
