The association takes great care in maintaining the health and appearance of this community.  Turf care, tree preservation and plant replacements are a constant concern of the board and management.

There is an ongoing program of unit restoration, to update the landscaping.  Common areas are reviewed each year for improvement as well.  Newport Village has been a highly valued lawn client with The Acres Group for the past nine years.
